Payment Method: Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD. Alternative payment methods can be discussed!Payment Structure: Commissions require 50% payment upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the artwork before delivery of the full-resolution file.Work Process & Updates: You will receive regular updates throughout the process, including a sketch and/or progress checkpoints for feedback and approval. Minor revisions can be made during these stages.Refunds:
- Full refunds are available before work has begun.
- Partial refunds may be issued if work is already underway, depending on how far along the piece is.In Case of Delays: If an emergency or delay arises on my end, I will communicate as soon as possible and offer the option of a refund or continued work with a new timeline.
